- You must request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Perishable goods (such as food items), personal care products, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
✅ Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake was ours (wrong or damaged product).
